Information you provide when you register (email address, password) and information generated by your use of the platform (playback history, playlists, liked moments).

To operate and improve GAUDLY, personalise your experience, send transactional emails (such as password resets), and ensure the security of your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Account data is stored on Neon PostgreSQL and Strapi CMS on a dedicated server. Audio and visual assets are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

We use minimal cookies for session management (authentication token in localStorage, a last-provider cookie for UX convenience). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@gaud.ly. We will process your request within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
